Golabjamoun (sweet potato cakes)

½ cup of milk
500 grams of sweet potatoes
½ cup of wheat flour
50 – 100 grams of sugar
2 sticks cinnamon

Wash and peel sweet potatoes, boil in milk and mash. Add ground cinnamon and flour. Knead into dough and shape into small balls. Fry at moderate temperature.
