Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
2 cups plain flour
4 tsp baking powder
3 medium bananas mashed
Method:
Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy and then beat in the egg. Beat in the sifted flour and baking powder alternately with the mashed banana. Bake in a lightly greased loaf tin at 180C for about 1 hour.
